Santa Monica
I went to Santa Monica yesterday to meet up with what I thought was going to be a few Iowa fans for the game. It turns out the bar was so packed with Iowans that I couldn't even get a place to stand and left early. I kind of forgot I had a camera most of the time so I didn't really snap any good pictures. There was an amazing guitar playing duo in the Promenade that I tried to capture on video but my camera is not very good for that and people kept getting in the way. I ended up walking around for about 5 or 6 hours, talking with random people, staring at the ocean, listening to street performers, and watching the a schizophrenic guy talking to someone next to him as if he was on a talk show for a few minutes.
